University Lecturing and Diversity
Week 3 & 4 – 52 L.E.A.Ps
It seems appropriate to combine my learning for these weeks as they are integrated and relevant.
What have I done? – Learn / Engage / Achieve / Practice
Week 3 – Learning New Module for University Lecture
52 L.E.A.Ps – Action Learning
Week 2 – Action Learning
This week I had the opportunity to be part of Business Support Local, which is about helping local businesses identify and access business support. It is an initiative in partnership with Leeds City Council and Leeds University.
52 L.E.A.Ps for 2014
Following our recent CIPD exhibition in Manchester, where we engaged our visitors by asking them ‘What was their biggest Leap’? This was very encouraging to see such a diverse range of challenges and development activities achieved. Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) recognised this as a good engagement opportunity, which is a key theme for them this year.
