Sales are critical in any organization as without any income do you even have a business.

This week I participated in a sales clinic facilitated by the very experienced and dynamic Nick Bramley, who is a Sales Management & Business Development Specialist.

This was not the usual ‘talk and chalk’ session but one where we discussed our sales challenges. How refreshing to challenge Nick in this way, who dealt with all queries so effectively, giving advice, models and guidance. However, the most important thing is that he made you think and reflect about the critical issues in your business, because really we do know what to do we sometimes need reminding. This approach can only be achieved with someone with the depth of experience and insight that Nick portrayed in a supportive way.

Key questions to ask yourself :
• Why would someone use your business
• Reasons why people do business with you

Key learning points :
• Sales is a process depends on how difficult or easy you make it.

• Networking and the customer relationship is key …. But I did know this and do this ….. always good to be reminded and refreshed.
