So take some time, NOW, to think about the professional and the personal motivations behind your learning/ professional goals/ personal development aims. Be honest and be open minded. Be ambitious. Be positive.
Time To Leap
There’s no time like the present. Decide on your goals and your deadlines.
Write down the ‘why’, then move onto the ‘what’ and, crucially, the ‘when’.
Make sure you set yourself clear goals. Goals that challenge you, but goals that are achievable. Review your objectives and your planned actions.
Then commit.
Set some deadlines. Write down actual dates, in real time, that you will stick to.
